Series of Events for Alfa Boss

Alfa Boss is a series of exclusive events by Alfa Business. The goal of the event is to demonstrate to the company's top managers the special "Business" mode of the app, which provides a detailed understanding of the financial processes within the company and allows them to avoid wasting time on routine tasks.

Our main task was to develop the concept and scenario for the Alfa Boss session.

During the preparation period, there was also a task to update the event's branding to reflect its exclusivity and intimacy.

First, we applied a font style: a strict, brutal typographic design that emphasizes the business focus of the event. The next step was to create an associative graphic element indicating belonging. Various options and styles for the new branding were presented to the client.

In the end, the final version was chosen.

The format of the event was a networking session — "Tasting Business Ideas." An unconventional concept that combined a gastro show with a tasting, where a sommelier drew comparisons between wine samples and app features.

Intimate events were held in Moscow, Kazan, Novosibirsk, Voronezh, and Yekaterinburg, where the details and decor were meticulously planned.
