Ultima Guide Awards in Krasnoyarsk

The entrance to the ceremony space was marked by a luminous Ultima Guide column — a concise architectural accent that set the tone for the evening even before guests entered the theatre.

Light graphics and a warm lighting palette created the feeling of an intimate event seamlessly integrated into the urban environment.

The scenography of the evening was built around the theatrical architecture of the venue.

Rather than transforming the hall, the focus was placed on lighting direction and video projections, which subtly reshaped the perception of the stage and created a layered atmosphere.

A restrained set design allowed the space to preserve its theatrical depth, turning the awards ceremony into a sequence of carefully composed scenes.

The gastronomic experience was conceived as the central composition of the space.

An installation of translucent textures, glass podiums, and delicate graphic elements created a sense of lightness and movement — allowing gastronomy to become part of the scenography itself.

The menu was developed in collaboration with restaurateur and Brand Chef at Grace Bistro, Folk, Rocky2, and The Greeks Timofey Kuznetsov. A dedicated kitchen team was assembled for the project, and the serving of the dishes was integrated into the overall rhythm of the event.

The visual language of the evening was defined by a combination of transparent materials, warm lighting, and minimalist forms.

Glass surfaces, subtle brand graphics, and precise lighting accents created an intimate and aesthetically cohesive environment.

Even the smallest details — from printed menus to the gastronomic displays — were conceived as elements of the overall composition.
